Lake & Valley Family Therapy is looking for a licensed mental health professional to join our team!
Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
- Coordinate care and function with a care team as needed
- Maintain thorough records of client meetings and progress in a timely manner
- Follow all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality
- Full-time therapists are expected to average 22 sessions per week
- Part-time therapists are expected to average 12 sessions per week with a shared office

Therapist Qualifications/Skills:
- Asks for help when needed
- Willing to consult
- Has clinical areas they are passionate about
- Has the ability to work independently and with a care team approach
- Has a strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Full, unrestricted licensure in MN (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc)
- BONUS: You've worked in private practice before
